Description of the Program

The Executive Women's Ethics Forum is for executive women in leadership positions in their profession.  The Forum provides the opportunity for them to discuss specific business cases with their peers and the ethical consequences of decisions made at the Board level. 

 

Women in leadership positions are faced with many challenges each day--some of which call for an ethical response.  Ethical principles need to be considered with a specific set of circumstances and with a view to how they affect the persons involved.  

 

Using the case study method, participants explore and clarify the philosophical principles that ensure ethical and effective business management.
